I had some problems . My luxury double room was really small. I think even a budget hotel offers larger spaces. the promised fridge was missing. Seems only suites have fridges. It's not very luxurious, is it?

the staff are very kind. the lady who serviced my room was excellent. the room was super clean.
I found no seated area with a mirror. this meant i had to do my hair and make up on the floor. the thermostat wouldn't move. It showed 23 degrees but it was far from that. i called reception again and they offered to bring up a portable heater, which i accepted.

i had an amazing time at this hotel with my wife we stayed for three days and also used the spa facilities the spa facilities are superb the best we have ever encountered we ate at the restaurant and the staff were excellent catering to our needs the food was top quality and the service was friendly
i found that the hotel pool is in a separate building from the hotel and it was also very busy when i went i also had to pay for towels and locker at the pool but the hotel did not tell me

Fantastic Spa Hotel Stay

superb spafriendly staffexcellent restaurantcaring staff
The spa facilities are definitely superb. They are the best I have ever seen. The staff were very cute right from the start. I spent three days enjoying my birthday celebration. I also used the spa, and my wife and I ate in the restaurant. The staff were excellent there. They explained all ingredients, taking great care as I have food allergies.
The gym and pool are in a separate building. It's only a short walk. though.

The gym has modern equipment. I saw several treadmills, bikes, and weight machines available. The main spa area features a sauna, steam room, and a large relaxation lounge with comfortable seating available.

check in was efficient i stayed in a luxury suite it was fully equipped with a minibar and coffee machine the bathroom had double sinks and a walk in shower i found the design tastefully done the attention to detail was apparent.
the tv had limited options i wanted to watch netflix or amazon prime i had to download an app it cost money and did not function properly
